Soul Yoga is not a studio. It’s not a location. It’s a name that holds meaning, purpose, and a reminder of who we truly are.
The word Soul in English has the same sound as Sou in Portuguese, my mother language. Sou means “I am.” So, when you say “Soul Yoga,” you are also saying “Sou Yoga” — I am Yoga.
Not just me, Keity. But you. All of us.
Because yoga isn’t something we do once a day on a mat. Yoga is something we are.
Soul Yoga was born not only to separate my personal life from my professional path, but to carry something deeper - a way to honour and share yoga as a style of life, not just a physical practice.
I don’t teach only āsana (postures). I share philosophy, stories, symbols, and practical reflections that bring the teachings of yoga into everyday life - in simple, clear language.
This is what I call yoga off the mat. The kind that lives in how we breathe, how we speak, how we choose to show up in the world.
At Soul Yoga, the journey isn’t about becoming someone new. It’s about remembering who you already are. Curious about the meaning behind the Soul Yoga logo?
Every curve and colour carries a message.
