About the Event

If you ever asked to yourself what is yoga or what is yoga for, or if you felt that yoga is more than poses, meditation and breath exercises, then this workshop is for you.

Using sacred Yoga texts as Tattva Bodha, Yoga Sutras and Baghavad Gita, together with a modern and accessible language, you will learn the Vedanta principles and how to bring Yoga out of the mat, applying them in your daily life.

This workshop is dynamic and requires your participation, so bring your yoga mat, pencil and paper, and join me in this introductory workshop.

Spaces are limited to a maximum of 15 people.

Investment: Early Bird $50 (payment before 23th April)

Regular $65 (payment from 24th April)
